Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
Welcome to Squiggy Tees. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Orders and Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include orders that appear fraudulent, contain inaccurate information, involve unauthorized use of our products or designs, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.
We may also limit the quantity of products available for purchase by customer, household, or order.
2. Customer Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
We are committed to providing a respectful and professional experience for all customers and employees. We expect customers to communicate with our staff in a reasonable, respectful, and appropriate manner.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict future purchases, or discontinue communication with any customer whose conduct is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, excessively disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Examples of unacceptable conduct may include, but are not limited to:
- Threatening or intimidating employees or representatives of Squiggy Tees
- Using abusive, threatening, or excessively profane language toward our staff
- Harassing, insulting, or repeatedly contacting employees in an unreasonable manner
- Making discriminatory or hateful comments
- Making threats of violence or physical harm
- Attempting to manipulate, intimidate, or pressure employees into providing refunds, discounts, replacements, or other benefits outside our published policies
- Repeatedly placing orders and then engaging in abusive or disruptive conduct
- Providing false or misleading information in connection with an order or dispute
- Engaging in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity
If a customer violates this section, Squiggy Tees may, at its discretion, refuse to accept future orders or cancel an order that has not yet entered production.
If an order is canceled under this section after payment has been received, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
We understand that customers may be dissatisfied with an order or experience. Customers are welcome to raise legitimate concerns, request assistance, or dispute an issue. A complaint or negative review, by itself, will not be considered abusive conduct.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action when customer behavior crosses the line from a legitimate complaint into harassment, threats, abuse, or other inappropriate conduct.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and other information on our website are accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
Because many of our products are custom-made or produced to order, minor variations in appearance may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Price Changes
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability at any time.
If the price of a product changes after you have successfully placed an order, the price you paid at the time your order was accepted will generally remain the price for that order.
We are not obligated to provide refunds or price adjustments for products purchased before a price change unless required by applicable law.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All original designs, artwork, graphics, photographs, logos, product descriptions, written content, website content, and other materials created or provided by Squiggy Tees are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially use our designs, photographs, artwork, or other content without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product from Squiggy Tees does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork, design, photograph, or content to the customer.
If you submit artwork, photographs, logos, or other materials to us for a custom order, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not infringe another person's or company's intellectual property rights.
6. Customer-Submitted Content
If you submit text, artwork, photographs, logos, or other materials for use in creating a product, you grant Squiggy Tees permission to use those materials as necessary to fulfill your order.
We reserve the right to refuse custom orders containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Squiggy Tees will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or website.
We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by customers, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, service interruptions, or other events described under the Force Majeure section below.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Please review our separate Shipping Policy for additional information regarding processing and delivery.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any questions, concerns, or disputes informally.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through the appropriate courts located in Nevada.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.
10. Events Beyond Our Control
Squiggy Tees will not be liable for failure or delay in fulfilling an order when the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Fire or flooding
- Power or internet outages
- Shipping carrier disruptions
- Supplier shortages
- Equipment failure
- Government actions or restrictions
- Labor disruptions
- Acts of war or terrorism
- Public health emergencies
- Other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control
When possible, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays and complete affected orders as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale or bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment requirements, production timelines, and shipping arrangements.
Wholesale pricing is available only when specifically quoted or approved by Squiggy Tees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders must be paid according to the payment terms provided with the order.
Wholesale customers are responsible for providing accurate business, shipping, billing, and contact information.
Custom wholesale orders may not be canceled or modified after production has begun unless agreed to by Squiggy Tees.
Wholesale products may not be represented as officially manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by another company, brand, organization, or individual unless appropriate authorization has been obtained.
Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that any designs, trademarks, logos, or other materials they provide to Squiggy Tees are authorized for use.
Additional wholesale terms may be provided in a separate invoice, quotation, purchase agreement, or written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed written wholesale agreement, the written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or its operation.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems, or data.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will become effective when posted on our website unless otherwise required by law.
Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
